Our ORP Combination Electrode are light-weight and durable, suitable for a wide range of applications. Mating is by a 2-stud bayonet lock (BNC "male" type connector). You can rely on your EID's ORP electrode to deliver dependable measurements now and well into the future. Use it with your PROBER-PH8 Meter/Logger for the highest accuracy and maximum performance.

The ORP electrodes furnished with Band, Disk and Pin Sensor

Basic guidance on what is the difference between the above configurations:

Pin Sensor: This electrode has a pin style element, this element is easy to clean, but does not use as much platinum as the band of disk style elements, thus the surface area is reduced; this electrode is the most economical.

Disk Sensor: This electrode has a flat disk style element, this element is used in small sample measurements or in samples were having a “self-cleaning” element is desirable – as the flat surface makes it more difficult for the sample to attach itself.

Band Sensor: This electrode has a standard band element which wraps around the glass bulb of the electrode, the style is the most common style ORP electrode and is used in most general measurement applications.

* Our ORP electrodes are furnished standard with a 3-foot low noise coaxial (RG-174) cable and BNC connector. Cable extension lengths up to 12 feet are available. When longer distance requires, or when using the electrode in a industrial environment, use our pH unity gain amplifier AMPER-PH1

* Our ORP electrode are aimed at the researcher in the laboratory, scientists in the plant or out in the field.
