High impedance interface board accommodating pH, ORP and Ion selective electrodes.

 

The OEM custom board is provided with wires (option) for remote applications. Simply connect it to your PLC or controller and control the pH, ORP or ISE of your solutions and buffers.

 


 

Board mounting & wiring

 

Mounted easily via four or four 0.125" mounting holes. The board design to fit in EID-1593 series enclosure. Use 4-40 screws 0.25 long to mount it to the enclosure.

 

 

 

 

* Connect Input wires to electrode direct or via BNC connectors (female and male type)

 

* Connect output wires to PLC, ADC or voltmeter

 

* Connect PWR to 11-24VDC or 11-18VAC or 12V car battery

Board power supply information

 

Power via 11-24VDC or 11-16VAC or 12V car battery.  

 

Note: Power down transformer sold separately.

Electrodes information

 

The board is designed to measure voltage of high impedance glass electrodes (10^14).

Calibrations

 

Please be advised that electrode wire connections to the board can be done either via the BNC female type connector, or electrode wires can be soldered directly to the board (corresponding connector pins).

 

1. Short input

 

2. Connect and power the board via 11-24VDC or 11-16VAC or 12V car battery.

 

3. Power the board for about 30 – 90 seconds. At the same time, take a output reading with high accuracy volt meter and set ofset-null (P1) trimmer (100K ohms trimmer) so the output voltage is 0.000mV

 

4. turn the power off, remove input short, and connect your electrode.

 

5. Insert the cell into unknown solution, power the board, and get corresponding voltage readings.
