Shipping Schedule

Orders received by 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (3:00 p.m. Pacific) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by the following Monday (except on holidays). Same day shipping policy is subject to credit approval and stock availability. 
i.e. Electrodes lead-time: 24 working days from the time order was received and booked on our system. New customer add two days.


Shipping is FOB North Carolina via UPS or FedEx (if you have account we can use it) TBD. Please indicate on the purchase order your company, account, and method of shipping i.e 2nd Day, Next Day, etc.

Prices are in US dollars and good for 30 days. Terms: Net-0 first order, Net-30 thereafter.


Please be advised that we only accept payment via check from US bank in US dollars! No credit cards accepted since we trust our customers.

International Orders

All foreign orders must be prepaid with wire transfer, traveler's checks, cashier's check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. funds only. Please do not send cash. EID cannot accept letters of credit as a form of payment.


International Shipping & Handling

Shipping is via courier or postal service, depending on your preference, insurance availability, and the size and weight of your package. EID will apply actual shipping charges with a nominal handling charge on all foreign orders. All returns that meet postal requirements must be sent prepaid via air parcel post. All courier shipments to Canada and Mexico require a certificate of origin. EID will provide a certificate of origin for a $99 processing fee.

10-Day Money Back Guarantee

Customers wishing to return merchandise for a refund, credit and/or exchange, must do so within 10 days from the date of order. Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted. Please call our Customer Service Department to request an RMA#. Returns must be shipped prepaid with the RMA# clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Sorry, no freight collect packages will be accepted. A copy of the EID's Customer Service form must be completed and is required along with an RMA# to process your return. OEM products, books, electrodes, kits, software, cables, connectors, and special orders are not returnable.

EID Warranty

EID warrants all merchandise against defect in material or workmanship for a period of 15 days from date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the operation manual. Longer and/or broader warranties may be purchased. Defective items must be shipped prepaid, in the original packaging with all accessories included. This warranty shall not apply to any item where defects have been caused by improper customer assembly, failure by customer to follow instructions, product modification, negligent or improper operation.

Limitation of Liability

EID's liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective products in accordance with the EID limited warranty. EID shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages for breach of any warranty, expressed or implied, directly or indirectly arising out of EID's sale of merchandise, including any failure to deliver any merchandise, or arising out of customer's installation or use, whether proper or improper, of the product, separately or in combination with other equipment, or from any other cause. Products sold by EID are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems.
