High accuracy Single channel signal override board, with three position
switch.
The
INTERFACER-1CSO
board is designed to perform three tasks: A. Pass a voltage signal
to the Controller, HAVC, PLC, Damper or Actuator directly from the remote signal.
B. Cut the signal from the remote location. C. Provide manual simulation
of 0 to10V signal. If used properly, it will eliminate the need for
expensive filed adjustment equipment which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks.
This board is ideally for Damper and Actuator signal override.
The
INTERFACER-1CSO
board installs between a controller or PLC and an actuator to provide
adjustable analog (voltage) override when needed. In normal operation the
signal route from the PLC or controller through the board to the actuator
or dumper. Switching to override from automatic to manual, allows
the engineer to checkout of actuator, dumper and linkage operation to the
controller utilizing the front mounted potentiometer. Additionally,
provides temporary override voltage or cut the signal if the controller
malfunctions. The controller or the PLC at any given time will know the
status via the feedback status output.

holes.

Additionally
the board has Status output feedback of switch position, allow the remote controller
to detect the switch position:
0V
Dc for off position (signal cut off)
5V
DC for Manual position,
10V
DC for Automatic (pass through position)

your desire output voltage range.
