INTERFACER-2CSO.
High accuracy dual channel signal override board, with per channel three
position switch and switch feedback status (alarms).
The
INTERFACER-2CSO
board is designed to perform three tasks: A. Pass a voltage signal
to the Controller, HAVC, PLC, Damper or Actuator directly from the remote signal.
B. Cut the signal from the remote location. C. Provide manual simulation
of 0 to10V signal. If used properly, it will eliminate the need for
expensive filed adjustment equipment which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks.
This board is ideally for Damper and Actuator signal override.
The
INTERFACER-2CSO
board installs between a controller or PLC and an actuators to provide
adjustable analog (voltages) override when needed. In normal operation the
corresponding signals route from the PLC or controller through the board
to the actuators or dumpers. Switching to override from automatic to
manual, allows the engineer to independently checkout of
actuators, dumpers and linkage operation to the controller utilizing the
front mounted potentiometers. Additionally, provides temporary override
voltages or cut the signals if the controller malfunctions. The controller
or the PLC at any given time will know the status via the feedback status
output.
INTERFACER-2CSO
is easy to install, setup and
operate. If you want to do professional voltage measurement and setting related functions,
INTERFACER-2CSO
offers the features you need. Mounted easily via up to nine 0.125" mounting
holes.
The
board design to powered via industrial standard 24V DC or AC.
Output
voltage fine Adjustment via front mounted Potentiometers.
All
wires to and from the board down via contently Terminal Blocks.
Additionally
the board has two per channel corresponding feedback output of switch Status,
allow the remote controller to detect the Switch position:
0V
Dc for off position (signal cut off)
5V
DC for Manual position,
10V
DC for Automatic (pass through position)
Options
You
can purchase the INTERFACER-2CSO with 0-10V DC output (standard), or with
your desire output voltage range.
