High accuracy temperature interface board, utilizing Industrial standard
temperature sensor (transducer) AD590.
The
INTERFACER-HAT5 board is designed to perform high accuracy temperature
conversion.
If used properly, it will eliminate the need for
expensive temperature meters, which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks.
INTERFACER-HAT5
is easy to install, setup and
operate. If you want to do professional temperature measurement related functions,
INTERFACER-HAT5
offers the features you need. Mounted easily via four 0.125" mounting
holes.
The
board design to powered via 5V or 9VDC.
Four
main models are available:
1.
INTERFACER-HAT5C5 converts the current produced by the transducer AD590
to voltage that represents temperature in degrees
Centigrade (C). This model operates on 5VDC.
2.
INTERFACER-HAT5F5 converts the current produced by the transducer
AD590 to voltage that represents temperature in degrees Fahrenheit
(F). This model operates on 5VDC.
3.
INTERFACER-HAT5C9 converts the current produced by the transducer
AD590 to voltage that represents temperature in degrees
Centigrade (C). This model operates on 9VDC.
4.
INTERFACER-HAT5F9 converts the current produced by the transducer
AD590 to voltage that represents temperature in degrees Fahrenheit
(F). This model operates on 9VDC.
The
AD590 is a two terminal integrated circuit (IC) temperature transducer. The
IC's linear current output is equal to 1uA per deg Kelvin (K). It's ideal for
remote temperature sensing up to hundreds of feet from the board when shielded
twisted pair wire is used. The board will convert it to degrees C or F, depending
on model.
