Control Start/Stop (On/Off, Run/Stop) Motor/Light latching relay + Start delay function, Sync and VXR outputs via terminal blocks.

The board is designed to perform industrial standard precision Start/Stop (On/Off) Motor/Light Latching Relay + "Start Delay" . If used properly, it will eliminate the need for an expensive board or external switches, which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks.

Use Start (Run) and Stop Push Button Switches or 3 Positions Toggle Switch (NO-Center-NC) to control line power for both Motor or Light Control Circuits.

For double protection the boards main lines current flow via fuses (one per power rail) throw dual high current high voltage fast response heavy duty rated relay. 

Where the external start (Normally Open N.O. Switch) short duration signal (about 200 to 900 Millisecond) will trip (turn on) the, "Main line Relays" after about 3 second. At any given time the stop external switch (Normally Close N.C. switch) short duration signal (about 200 to 900 Millisecond) will turn off the relays, there for the output power.

The board maintains its contact position after the control power has been removed. Energizing the relay only required short pulse single or dry contact. This board is well suited for applications such as turning a motor on (RUN, START) or off (STOP) from one or more locations with a single momentary switch or push button at each station. For example, a conveyor could be started and/or stopped from multiple locations by means of a single button at each position.

The Board is easy to install, setup and operate. If you want to do professional high current motor drive or light control On/Off related functions, The board offers the features you need. It can be mounted easily via four 0.125" mounting holes utilizing 4-40 or 6-32 screws.

Simply connect the board to 115V or 230V AC Power Line Rails via Circuit breaker, connect your external Start (Run, On) and Stop (Off)  to the board and your motor drive or light control and our board will start and stop your equipment as per your command.

Note:

1. 24V relay coils are also available.

2. VXR are available in 9VDC, 12VDC, 15VDC or 24VDC

3. On board Jumper control Start Delay function

4. On Board 115V/230V AC input selection. Also available as only 115V AC or only 230VAC

5. On board GND wire place should be tie to main ground or Chassis.
