OEM TRANSDUCER–PCV-ZS  PHASE-CUT to Voltage (PCV) industrial transducer (converter) transmitter. With Zero and Span adjustments and opto-isolated input.

 

This board offers effective Interface between phase cut controller signal outputs and VFDs, Damper, Magnetic Valves or Actuators with voltage inputs control.

 

The Phase-cut to voltage interface board is used as an converter module between existing phase-cut controller signal i.e. Klimo/Staefe and controlled devices with a standard 0-10VDC signal. The proportional 0-20VDC, 0-100% phase-cut signal from the controller is converted into a 0-10VDC signal. The board designed to converts Staefe’s phase-cut signal 0-100% to a 0-10VDC output signal to drive: Staefa’s 2-wire valve, VFDs, Belimo's/Landis damper or actuators.

 

The board has Inputs and outputs short-circuit-proof and protected against polarity reversal. The Phase cut input signal past throw opto isolated stage for maximum isolation between the valve/actuator/pilot-valve and the controller.

 

The transducer board can be used in retrofit between existing 2-wires phase-cut controllers and a newly designed devices with DC 0-10V (0...10V) input signal.

Conveniently front mounted power indicator Led, and both ZERO and SPAN adjustments via multi turn trimmers for field calibration of output signal.

 

The TRANSDUCER-PCV-ZS board is designed to perform phase-cut to voltage conversion (transducer). If used properly, it will eliminate the need for an expensive board, which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks.

 

The TRANSDUCER-PCV-ZS is easy to install, setup, and operate. If you want to do professional remote phase-cut to voltage conversion related functions, The TRANSDUCER-PCV-ZS offers the features you need. It can be mounted easily via three 0.125" mounting holes using 4-40 screws.

 

Simply connect the board to 24VDC or 24VAC connect your Phase-cut source signal i.e. 0 to 20V (0-100%) to the input and our board will convert it single ended Uni-polar signal 0 to 10V DC.
