VOSER
–
XV.
Adjustable voltage/current sensitive relay control Board with
delay.
The VOSER-XV board is designed to perform relay Lead/Lag control "window" switching function based
on three set points.
1. "On" voltage/current set point ("CUT-IN", Relay Engage).
2. "Off" voltage/current set point ("CUT-OUT", Relay Dis-engage,
Relay Un-engage).
3. "On time Delay" set point
("CUT-IN-DELAY").
Shown above configured for
voltage
Input
0-30V DC.
The board can accommodate many industrial standards inputs both, voltages and
currents configurations:
1. Input current: 4-20mA (or 0-20mA), 0-100mA
2. Input voltage: DC 0-5/10/15/20/30/40/60/150/300V
If used properly, it will eliminate the need for expensive boards, which
would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks, or pricey PLC.
The VOSER-XV is easy to install, setup and operate. If you want to do
professional relay window switching via setting of voltage or current with On-delay, The
VOSER-XV offers the features you need.
As mentioned above, the board can be configured to accept many input
signals low voltage and current, as well as High Voltage Signals (HVS).
Mounted easily via two 0.125" mounting holes
using 4-40 screws (optional) and wire via convenient conventional industrial
standards cage up terminal blocks (TB).
Setting the board is simple Just follow these easy steps
1. Power the module Connect the board to 10 to 24V AC or DC. Preferred stable 24V DC
(industrial standard).
2. Connect Digital Volt Meter DVM between Test point common ground (TPG,
COM) and three test point.
Set three set points on by on as desired. Test (T) point T-On (TP1,
"cut-in"), T-Off (TP2, "cut-out") and Delay (TP3, Delay). (or we will pre-set it for you).
3. Connect the signal.
The board remembers the setting points and the relay will turn on
(engage) after time delay, and
off (dis-engage).
The board is ideal when an analog signal is required to switch two
position (thresholds window) loads i.e. Flow alarm, circulating pumps, high and low
fan speeds, humidifiers, pool chlorine feeding pumps, sensor level
switching functions,
differential switching controls,
analog signal to relay on/off (cut-in/cut-out) threshold window, analog signal voltage, or current alarms
and more.
