The TRANSDUCER-SEVMA420-ZSG4 Quad input voltage to Quad outputs current converter is a signal control (Proportional) voltage to current 4-20mA super transducer board for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), electro-hydraulic and servo electronics; actuator, dampers, bleed pilot valve, globe valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, dampers and more.

 

The TRANSDUCER-SEVMA420-ZSG4 board is designed to perform Quad voltage to current conversion (transducer). If used properly, it will eliminate the need for an expensive four boards, which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks.

 

The TRANSDUCER-SEVMA420-ZSG4  is easy to install, setup, and operate. If you want to do professional Quad remote voltage measurement related functions, The TRANSDUCER-SEVMA420-ZSG4 offers the features you need. It can be mounted easily via four 0.125" mounting holes using 4-40 screws.

 

Simply connect the board to 24VDC or 24VAC connect your voltage source i.e. 0-10V and 0-24V to the inputs and our board will convert it into four 4-20mA individual outputs.

 

The TRANSDUCER – SEVMA420-ZSG4 transducer board is an accurate, linear, and an efficient way to convert up to four industrial standards voltage (input DC voltage models) 0 to 10V, 0 to 1V, 0 to 2V, 0 to 2.5V, 0 to 3V, 0 to 4.096V, 0-5V, 0 to 10V, 0-15V, 0 to 20V, 0-24V, 0 to 30V into four industrial standards outputs (current float on 16-20V DC) current 4 to 20mA signals.... When TRANSDUCER-SEVMA420-ZSG4 used as a signal to 4 outputs; Converter, Splitter or Re-transmitter (1X2, 2X2, 1X3, 1X4):

  • Splits 1 input voltage (0-10v, 0-5V, 024V…) or current (0-20mA) signal into 2 independent 4-20mA current outputs, or voltage (2-10V, 1-5V…).

  • Splits 1 input voltage (0-10v, 0-5V, 024V…) or current (0-20mA) signal into 3 independent 4-20mA current outputs, or voltage (2-10V, 1-5V…).

  • Splits 1 input voltage (0-10v, 0-5V, 024V…) or current (0-20mA) signal into 4 independent 4-20mA current outputs, or voltage (2-10V, 1-5V…).

  • Splits 2 input voltage (0-10v, 0-5V, 024V…) or current (0-20mA) signal into 2 independent 4-20mA current outputs, or voltage (2-10V, 1-5V…).

  • Scale 4 individual input 0-20mA signals to 4 individual outputs of 4-20mA. Each output signal with its own Zero and Span Adjustments.

When TRANSDUCER-SEVMA420-ZSG4 used as a signal to 4 outputs; Scaling (1X2, 2X2, 1X3, 1X4):

  • Scale input 0-20mA signal to 4 individual outputs of 4-20mA. Each output signal with its own Zero and Span Adjustments.

  • Scale 4 individual input 0-10V signals to 4 individual outputs of 4-20mA. Each output signal with its own Zero and Span Adjustments.

0-10V or 0-20mA analog linear input signal duplicator/splitter/signal-retransmitted; This board/module is designed to duplicate and or split a linear single 0-20mA or 0-10V input signal into two, three or four separate 4-20mA or 2-10V linear output signals. Separate calibration adjustments (ZERO AND SPAN) are provided for each output channel independently.

 

Many models are available-- I.e. 0 to 30V input signal to 4-20mA output for your battery voltage remote monitoring (up to 4 miles away!). 0 to 3.3V input signals to 4-20mA outputs for remote underwater robot steering and communications.

Note: Using industrial standard 249 Ohms 1% resistor on the meter side (deferential input preferred) will produce 1 to 5V for 4 to 20mA. Using 499 Ohms 1% on the remote side will produce 2 to 10V.
